Return/Exchange Policy

At Xpedition, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 5-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Additionally, it may take 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. To make the process convenient, we also provide reverse pick-up services.

Reverse Pick-Up Details:

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹0 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.
  • Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, customers will need to self-ship the product(s) to our office address.
  • Reverse pick-up availability depends on the serviceability of your area pin code.

Return Conditions:

  • Please return the product(s) in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for products returned in poor condition or if they have been visibly worn.

Refund Timelines:

Once we receive your product(s), kindly allow 5 days for the return to be processed and the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Self-Shipping of Returns

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can courier the product(s) to the following address:

Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Mention the Order ID and your registered mobile number on the package. Once we receive the items, we will process your refund within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of Xpedition.
  2. If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not received the product(s), contact us within 24 hours.
  3. Customers must handle the product(s) with utmost care while in their possession. This includes keeping all instructions, tags, and wrappings intact.
  4. If the product does not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, notify us within 1 day with details and images of the issue.
  5. Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition and notify you about your refund eligibility within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
